Purfleet Village Community Forum meets in the last week of every month 7 for a 7.30pm start.

Following the AGM a new committee has been formed many thanks to those who are re-standing and to those who have joined.  The position of Chair and Vice-Chair remain unfilled. There is a caretaker arrangement in place and the new committee hope to meet in the very near future to see if there is anyone from the elected committee to take up the challenge..

In case Plan A does not prove fruitful. Plan B,  is to hold an Extraodinary meeting

within  8 weeks of the AGM (26.07.10)

The Forum are still looking for a few good folk to pick up the reins as our long serving Chair  who has given over 8 years service to the forum, feels it's time they a well deserved rest. If you feel you could share your talents with the forum Please get invovled.

Code of Conduct

When attending any meeting there are guidelines that need to be followed.

Although the Community Forum meetings are friendly and informal, order needs to be kept, especially when holding a public meeting,as often lots of people have something they would like to say. The Community Forum Code of Conduct is a simple document that guides the way the meeting should be run.
